Vegetables are good for us, but few of us and a lot of the children find the taste of them not so pleasant. So, we try to incorporate the vegetables in as many meals as we can without loosing too much of their nutritional values. The idea of napoleone or mille-feuille is a good way to prepare our vegetables in a way that is fun, eye-catching and tasty especially for the kids. The napoleone is made by layering puff pastry and creams, but here we give you recipes that remove the pastry all together, leaving you with truly vegetable-filled treats that even the kids will love.
